Jake celebrated his 8th birthday yesterday. Acually most of the celebrating will happen this weekend. I told him I would cook anything he wanted for breakfast and he chose blueberry muffins. We put his candles in them since we will be waiting for cake and ice cream unti this weekend. Jake got a fishing pole, fishing supplies, a 22...just his size with a carrying case! He is so excited and can't wait until dad can take him shooting. Until then it resides in the gun case.

Jake I can't believe you're 8. You kids are making us old. I hope the baptism goes perfect. Wish we could be there. We love you.
